This website and the associated text messaging program are operated by Daniel Dobalian ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate a personal AI assistant (the "Service") that places phone calls and sends and receives SMS text messages on Daniel Dobalian's behalf in order to coordinate appointments, services, and other everyday tasks with businesses, staff, and service providers.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to carry out the task at hand, such as:
- Contact information you provide, such as your name, phone number, business name, and role;
- The contents of phone calls and text message conversations with the Service;
- Details related to the task being coordinated, such as appointment dates, times, and locations.

- Schedule, confirm, change, or follow up on appointments and services;
- Send and respond to text messages related to the matter being coordinated;
- Send a confirmation message when you enroll in text messaging;

4. Text Messaging and Consent
Contacts opt in to text messaging verbally over the phone during a support or service call. Once the reason for the call is resolved, the assistant asks for consent to send text messages, and the contact verbally confirms by saying "yes." A confirmation text message is then sent to verify enrollment. Contacts may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.

5. No Sharing of Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Information may be disclosed only where required by law, or to service providers (such as our telecommunications provider) solely as necessary to deliver calls and messages on our behalf.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain conversation records only as long as needed to complete the task being coordinated and to maintain reasonable records, after which they are deleted. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Choices
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing dobalianassist@gmail.com.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
