1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your interactions with the Dobalian AI Assistant (the "Service"), operated by Daniel Dobalian ("we," "us," or "our"), including phone calls and the SMS text messaging program described below. By interacting with the Service or participating in the messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a personal AI assistant that places phone calls and sends and receives SMS text messages on Daniel Dobalian's behalf to coordinate appointments, services, and other everyday tasks with businesses, staff, and service providers. Messages are conversational and relate to the specific matter being coordinated; the Service does not send marketing or promotional messages.

3. SMS Text Messaging Program

Contacts opt in to text messaging verbally over the phone during a support or service call. Once the reason for the call is resolved, the assistant asks for consent to send text messages, and the contact verbally confirms by saying "yes." A confirmation text message is then sent to verify enrollment. Contacts may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.

• Message frequency: varies based on the task being coordinated.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time and you will receive a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at dobalianassist@gmail.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service or the messaging program for any unlawful purpose, and not to send abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content through it.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service uses artificial intelligence and may occasionally make errors; important details (such as appointment times) should be confirmed where accuracy is critical. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or participation in the messaging program.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
